Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once the order has shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent.  We strive to ship orders the same business day when possible since we are so excited to share our wonderful products with you and your precious baby!

 Orders will be shipped by the USPS mail carriers. 

Please review your shipping information before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or returned packages. If the tracking states your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly. Any lost, stolen or damages items must be reported as a claim to the USPS.
