Refund Policy
Returns & Exchange
Our policy due to the hygienic nature of our baby products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. All personalized products are made to order, we are unable to refund orders. All items are FINAL SALE... NO REFUNDS or RETURNS are accepted due to the customization of the products.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@formypreciousbaby.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@formypreciousbaby.com.
Lost or Returned Packages
We cannot be responsible for lost or returned packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If your package is returned to us, you the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only allowed within 2 hours of the order being placed. Cancellation can only be processed if the order has not yet been processed and/or shipped. Please contact us at support@formypreciousbaby.com to request a cancellation. Once we receive your request we will notify you of the approval or rejections of your cancellation request. If you are approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, which varies depending on the payment method used.
